On July 24th, 1974, Fred Gomez Carrasco fired one shot into the acoustic tile ceiling of the Education complex at the Huntsville State Prison, signaling the beginning of the longest siege in US Prison history. Before "El Chapo", before Pablo Escobar, Fred Gomez Carrasco was the undisputed king of the heroin trade in the United States and Mexico. So ruthless and efficient that by his early thirties, he was already called "El Viejo" due to his skill in drugs and murder. Carrasco was known to have personally killed forty-seven people in his rise to the top.

TwinPyre Productions, LLC. is developing a feature film detailing this amazing untold story. Look for it in a theatre near you in 2017!
